I decided to dedicate the weekend to my site. I fired up my account on WIX.com and got started. I quickly realized that even though I am a bit of a techno nerd, it wasn't all that easy. I fumbled my way through the WIX interface and my selected template to put together my first attempt. In addition to the home page, I chose to have only three pages, a GALLERY, an ABOUT page and a BLOG.
Yes, by reading the books I purchased from my day of exploring the best artist websites, I realized that BLOGGING is an important activity to make money from my art. Each of the books I purchased, started out as blog postings. Blogging is like sharing your journals with the world, or at least that small part of the world that reads your posts.
